American and French Alpine dairy goats are widely known among the dairy world as being some of the highest producers of the dairy breeds. They are a very strong breed with strong personalities!
Proudly breeding ADGA registered American and French Alpine dairy goats since 2012
Here at Weeping Willow Farm, we can all agree that the Alpine breed has some great personality! While I favor the Oberhaslis, my husband just loves the strong-willed, dominant Alpines that grace our pastures. These beauties are not as gentle as our Oberhaslis, nor are they as quiet, but they do have a certain air about them that just makes you want to smile! Very in-your-face, this breed is rather friendly to us humans while being the more dominant breed in the herd.
Lineage to our American and French Alpine goats are from La Paysanne, Iron Rod, Black Bear, Moores Pond Farm, Walnut Fork, Nodaway, Kickapoo Valley, Sweet Flowers, Soldier Mtn, Milking Momma, Roeburn, Behrmann Farm, and Quiet Water.
